Commercial Property Restoration: "On Monday, August 18, 1997, Olivet Lutheran Church experienced a water main break which resulted in 3-4 feet of water in our lower level extensively damaging our cooling, heating, phone and electrical systems and the blower unit to our pipe organ as well as causing the loss of most of the contents on that level. In addition, part of our sanctuary was damaged and the terrazzo hallway on the main floor needed to be replaced. We were overwhelmed and devastated and, frankly, didn't even know where to begin. The President of our congregation recommended that we call Paul Davis Systems. They were here immediately. They walked through the building, assessed the situation and provided us with a detailed plan for the restoration of our facility. Because of their expertise and good decision making, we were able to salvage and restore some valuable property contents that were located on the lower level. The spent countless hours calling vendors to locate parts, special-order doors and other furnishings to match what was being replaced. The restoration of our church was completed in two phases. Phase I involved the restoration of the building and replacement of the contents. Phase II involved the restoration of the terrazzo hallway on the main floor. This phase was completed during the months of January and February to accommodate our church schedule. A temporary heating system needed to be installed and Jeff Boehm personally attended the first church service following the installation to make sure that the church was comfortable and everything was going smoothly. Jeff and Paula kept us informed of changes and problem areas throughout this process. Paul Davis Systems is a nationally known organization locally owned by Jeff and Paula Boehm. They made us feel like they not only cared about us as a customer but that they cared about us personally. They took care of our physical needs and they supported us emotionally as well. This past Monday, Olivet again had water damage as a result of the large amount of rain that Fargo received. The first call we made was to Jeff and Paula Boehm.
