Repair & Renovation: To the entire staff: My wife and I have recently had some repair work done to our home by your firm. Ours was not a big project, consisting of some repair work to the interior walls and a ceiling of a few rooms and then the installation of some new doors, roof vents, and a bathroom exhaust fan. Several companies from the FM area submitted bids for the work, and while yours was the low bid, it was not the primary reason we selected you for our project. It was the impression your company made through the employees we had contact with. When my wife (Kim) called to ask for an estimate, the receptionist was knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of Kim’s questions promptly and was able to schedule a time for Gary Bloom to perform the estimate. When Gary arrived (on time!), he conducted himself in a courteous, professional manner. He asked questions, gave advice, and gave us a day to expect the estimate. It, too, was on time as promised. The courtesies of proper business phone etiquette, being on time for appointments, and the pleasant experiences talking with the people in your firm, convinced us that we wanted you to do the work on our home. You showed us that you were prompt, organized, capable business people. We were confident that you had the experience and resources to finish our project properly. We were not disappointed. From the first impression made by the receptionist, followed by the prompt estimate, to the conscientious and professional workmen selected to complete the work, each of the people we interacted with gave us confidence in the quality of the materials and workmanship throughout this job.
