Soot Damage: Dear Jeff and Paula, Jean and I want to thank you and your organization for everything you did for us when our house was literally destroyed because of our furnace malfunctioning. Both Jean and I were amazed at the quality of the work you accomplished and in the short time you accomplished it. When we arrived home from our vacation, we didn’t know where to start. I couldn’t believe how it affected us emotionally. You took over and not only were things done rapidly, but at all times Jean and I were made to feel that you really cared about us. We are so very pleased with the end results. At the start, you told us that we would be amazed at what you could do. Well, we were!
